Shipping policy

Here is the most important information about shipping and payment.

Shipping costs:

 Shipping coffee within Austria costs 

a flat rate of €4.50

Germany:

Shipping to Germany currently costs  

a flat rate of €6.50

Shipping to other countries, if possible, will be displayed at checkout. If this is not the case, please send a personal message to info@acht.coffee.

These prices include both delivery and packaging costs.

Returns/exchanges: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Delivery times:

Delivery times for coffee within Austria are usually 2-7 business days.

Delivery times for accessories within Austria are between 2 and 10 business days, depending on stock levels. Subject to delivery bottlenecks.

Delivery times to Germany are usually 2-10 business days.
