ACHT - ALMA NEGRA

A coffee from friends. Actually, the incredible Alma Negra is roasted completely differently by almost every roaster we know. But we just had the feeling there was more to it. And we were right. The Alma Negra from our friends Franziska and Oscar Chacon from Las Lajas in Costa Rica is something very special.

Depending on the brewing method, the flavor profile ranges from citrus fruit to light, delicate cocoa, passion fruit, and even pear juice. What? Yes! With the Ceado Hoop, you get pear juice and passion fruit tea coffee with an extremely coarse grind.
